Founded in 1990, CDV Software Entertainment is one of the leading publishers and distributors of PC Software in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, having published over 300 titles in total. In April 2000 CDV floated on the German Neuer Market (the equivalent of the US NASDAQ), which it has used to fund its massive growth plans into mainstream international games publishing.

CDV Software Entertainment now has dedicated offices in the UK and US, with publishing and distribution channels within all the major territories around the world, so the infrastructure and systems are in place for global games publishing.

CENEGA N.V. is a holding company created by joining forces of two companies from computer games industry - Bohemia Interactive (Czech Republic) and IM Group (Poland) and a private venture capital fund - DBG Osteuropa - Holding GmbH.

The company operates in three areas:

Computer software distribution (at this moment in three countries: Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia)
